Food was not the best.Staff professionalism was not up to the mark.

STAFFS WERE SUPERB AND BREAKFAST WAS TOO GOOD BUT SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT AS MANY ITEMS ARE REPEATED EVERYDAY

LIFT WAS NOT WORKING THOUGH I STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS BUT THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKINGTHE ROOM TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IT WAS ATTENDED MULTIPLE TIME BY HOTEL STAFF STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTEDARCHERY FACILTIY DOES NOT EXISTED EXCEPT A CHILDREN ARCHERY GAME HANGING IN A TREE

I already wrote to booking.com customer care directly and reported the issue, but please note the below I sent: We stayed at this hotel (2 rooms from march 8-12) and the experience has been horrible (I have photos and videos). Firstly, there are major sanitation issues that the management has not taken care of. In the breakfast room, the hotel allowed all the conference attendees (200-300 people) to eat along with the actual hotel guests. It was extremely crowded with all these conference attendees using their hands to scoop up with food with no sense of order and cleanliness. We alerted the hotel staff in the breakfast room but they were overwhelmed with the no.of people swarming in the bfast room. Why would the hotel management allow so many people to eat in a room that cannnot accommodate them. With all these people literally scooping up food with bare hands, there were no food left for the actual hotel guests. Secondly, this hotel does not have a medical clinic on site. They claim they have a doctor on call but if you seek an appointment, they keep coming up with excuses. In our case, they kept changing their excuse until they had to tell us the truth which is the doctor is available only once a week on Friday and that too is not confirmed if he can actually provide medical services. We ended up booking hotel taxi to take us to the nearest city hospital 30 mins away.

Excellent location. The behaviour of all the staff was extremely polite. Ambience is unique. No doubt it is best place to stay in Gopalpur

The behaviour of one staff was horrible.My room was booked at h8ghest bracket slab,but still till he was following me every place for deposit for some addition.This is pathetic from a 5 star resor.If a person can pay 19000 upfront he will also place for the remaining also,no need to follow him everywhere

The travel desk should be improved. They are 45mins from the largest brackish water lagoon in Asia and second largest coastal lagoon in the world, and yet they have outsourced the travel desk to a semi professional taxi service only. This can be done so much better and exclusive trips can be arranged to promote such a fantastic natural water body with varieties of birds and fish

The service was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent. The property was maintained well and neatly too. It was a pleasure walking around the property, the sea beach and other facilities.

It was a luxurious property right in front of the beach. Spacious rooms .Private beach. Snacks served at morning and evening time was an innovative idea. Buffet breakfast was excellent. My son had fever so upon request they send the breakfast for my son. All the staffs were very polite and courteous. Everyone was too eager to help. Huge property and extremely well maintained

Nothing as such . Only that I was travelling with children and we had requested for a side by side room , which was initially not provided . But within 30 mins they corrected their mistake and provided an interconnecting room. So nothing to complain about

Location was excellent.Especially private beach is very cleanAmbience excellent, staff were very courteous. I could have given a better room, though i booked through Booking.com, the selection of room might be like that.

Room could have been better than what i got.Occupancy was less, so they could have upgraded.

Excellent infrastructure and design. Fantastic rooms and designer beds and baths. The games room and swimming pools were amazing. The private beach is amazing

Nice stay with nice atmosphere

1. Staffs attention during breakfast/lunch/dinner. 2. not getting dinning space easily to have a comfortable fooding. 3. Vehicle washing facility not available and it should be complimentary.

The location was good, food was good

I booked two rooms and in one of the room(507) the floor was always wet even after multiple mopping. The service for carrying the luggage after check out was not provided. A lot of time was wasted during check in. Beach access was not allowed after 6pm which was disheartening.

Beautifully located. A relaxed environment. Great food. Excellent swimming pools. Hospitality was of the greatest order !

The staff were charming and friendly - especially in the restaurant. If anything they were slightly over attentive - but very well meaning. The spa was excellent, we had a very good reflexology treatment.

We had great stay in Mayfair hotel. Place is cozy and has own sharm. Stunning ocean view and nice pool. Food was delicious and stuff friendly and professional. We will have so many great memories about this place and would be happy to came back.
