The place is well lit and spacious and is reasonably clean. The location was good. Good spread of breakfast in the morning. .

* can have atleast milk to make coffee* The bar and kitchen did not have many options* For the rates charged, expected better cleanliness and facilities. Water was not hot enough. * The TV in the rooms were of no use. As nothing worked

The freshly made dhosa and omelettes for breakfast were superb, as was the chai tea. The staff were great, they really took care and were happy to speak to an overseas visitor. My room was comfortable and spacious, and the laundry service was very good and timely.

I ate in the 5th flooor open air restaurant which is a lovely place, and the food is usually very good. On this occasion the my biryani had got a bit cold and I had to ask for it to be re-heated. I think the reason for this was that India were beating Australia that evening in the semi-final of the cricket champions trophy and the staff were maybe a bit distracted. I don't blame them!

1. RECEPTION STAFF TAKE TOO LONG FOR CHECK IN AND ROOM ALLOCATION 2. INSPITE OF TELLING THEM THE PREVIOUS STAY .....THERE IS NO TEA STIRRER IN THE ROOM TO MAKE TEA...HAD TO USE THE TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE.3. CHECK OUT WAS SHAPPY.....AND DELAYED.

Breakfast was excellent - a chef in the dining room made omelettes to order and the dhosa was lovely and fresh. They also had ample supplies of coffee and masala chai. All good!

Internet - I had to leave my room and sit in a chair outside the lifts to get useful reception. The floor of my room wasn't as clean as it might have been, but towels and bed linen were fine.

Food and location. We used it for our transit stay to srisailam

The TV in the rooms didn't have any channel working. Called house keeping, but nobody showed up.

The rooms are ok and the restaurant staff is good.

Poor service. There were no towels in the room when we checked in and took almost 2 hours to get one. Reason being it’s being washed and dried.Requested for bottle water and reminded 3 times and inspite of that was not provided. By then I checked out and when I mentioned the staff just apologised and still did not offer a bottle of water. Something basic.

A comfortable stay, however could have been better gir the amount charged per might( Five Star Rates

1. I couldn't understand why they provided single towel, single toothkit with one brush. I found it difficult since i didn't carry brush as I thought they would supply Of course they supplied on request. But when two people occupi they should have supplied.As far as Restaurant is convey, the veg items are very limited.

The AC was making noise all through night in Room No 315. It was too late to complain. over all stay was ok

Unfriendly staff. Could not fix WiFi. Did not have WiFi at all.Front desk. Lady reception. One of them.Had a negative attitude to wards guests. Happened to me. The other lady was good. First time traveller had a tough time finding the location. Even with Google.

Food is not upto the mark lot of confused restaurant staff

Food in roof top restaurant is expensive but food quality is poor , they don't cook good , then they don't take feedback on food , and when they are told , their response is slow , there is no communication between staff and manager . they bring soup with biryani then later bring the starter. basics of running restaurant is throughly missing. best is to avoid food . their focus in on serving drinks and food is just poorer then road side eatery

Room was smelling with cigarate smoke. no other rooms to change since all were booked.Restaurant is very very bad with old stale food.

Staff .... we had issue regarding bathroom shower & toilet health faucet , they did not bother to attend our complaint during both days of our stay.

Over all a compromised stay.

The auto door key system was not working , I had to go frequently to the reception to change the key. The bathroom taps were not functioning properly, Only hot water valve was functioning. Floors though looked cleaned were actually sticky .
