- All of the staffers were absolutely kind, respectful and generous. The hotel was absolutely amazing! It was on a strip with lots of stores to shop from, and you can walk to the beach which is a plus.
- The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

- Not at all!
- The restaurants were only open on specific days. There was a long wait for our room to be ready when we arrived. Even after 3 pm. We ended up waiting almost 2 more hours.
- Not enough food choices on the buffet
