- Service was excellent from the moment we arrive host explain everything and give recommendations.
- Amazing sunset view by the poolside, loved the floating pillows in the pool and the room was very warm and welcoming. Also free shuttle is very efficient to get you to and from the port and hotel is located right by the old town
- Amazing staff and incredible breakfast!
Cons -
- Towels and robes were tattered and worn - took away from the luxe feel. Also the Wi-Fi was down for 2 days in the room and only worked in the lobby. We had no cell service so this was a major inconvenience. The AC was slow - room was set to 16 but was 20.

Location and pool area was great. Plenty of chairs and shade available. Breakfast staff very nice. Free shuttle to airport and ferry was a nice touch. Room was a great size for value.
