Pros +
- Very clean room and kind front desk. I recommend this hotel.
- Very friendly staff, they had bikes available to take for free. Which was great.
- Staff was so nice and helpful with smile. Room is big for Japan trip. Free parking lot. Valuable price. Quiet and clean. Nice place to stay
Cons -
- I wish they provide a morning bread or donut. However, there's no.
- Its simple accommodation, but fulfills the need. The Hot water get switched off not sure which time but 4PM it was working again.
- A bit of smoking smell in the hall way, but not effect much in the room. Should have hair conditioner in the bathroom same as others. Having a car will make your stay more comfortable. Without a car, you have to walk far from JR. No convenient store near by. You have to walk 2 blocks away from the hotel to find one.

The room was so spacious than I imagined and very clean too! I’ve been staying there for almost 2 months and it was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a single room stay.
The only thing that was quite inconvenient to me was the hot water in the shower had curfew which they had boiler maintenance from 10-15.30 and caused me to not able to take hot showers during this time but everything else was alright.
Front desk staff speaks well English
None . Kettle need to bring from lobby to room . I am ok with it as not all foreigners need hot water to drink in the room. Amenities could take next to the elevator. Which I am ok with it. As I bring my own most time. Other people might not like the above points. But that depends on person. Just for sharing purpose.
