I did not realize my budget room came without air conditioning, and it didnt cost but a few dollars more to have it, but my room did have a super-strong fan. A 10-minute walk to the beach or a local mall with the Carulla grocery or the Olimpica grocery on the way. The front desk went beyond good service to get my payment processed (cash only at check-in, oops). Allowed to use the staff kitchen to boil water for my morning tea. Decent prices at local restaurants. Excellent customer service and above excellent cleaning staff. Front door staff 24 X 7. The only concern I had was that I could smell a diesel-type engine exhaust in the bathroom. I kept the bathroom window open and the door closed between it and the room.
