Pros +
- The location was gorgeous, near Rincon de la Vieja National Park. The grounds were lovely, and there were lots of birds. The staff were super nice and accommodating. We'd wanted to stay in a genuine Tico hotel, and this certainly qualifies.
Cons -
- The rooms were a bit rundown, and could use some TLC. A little thoughtfulness, such as more hooks on the wall (since there was no closet), would have been nice. The place was pretty basic, but so was the price.
