Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note a NZ $1 credit card pre authorization is required upon arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or UnionPay credit card. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 3.5% charge when you pay with Diners Club credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note when booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the parking is strictly subject to availability and our car parking is extremely small hence only Hatchbacks and Small Sedans will be accommodated. SUVs, UTEs, Vans and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. Reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel. All Credit Cards, International Debit Cards and PayWave will incur 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS Card or Cash does not incur any surcharge. Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.
