Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the property can only be reached by boat or helicopter. A 4-hour ferry transfer on the Yasawa Flier ferry (operated by Awesome Adventures) departs once a day from Port Denarau at 08:45 and arrives at the resort at approximately 1:00pm. The Yasawa Flier departs the resort to arrive back at Port Denarau on the mainland once daily and arrives at approx. 6pm. Check-in is required 30 minutes before departure. Ferry transfer rates from 01 Apr '25 are as follows: - Adults (16+ years old): FJD$229 per person, one-way - Children (2-15 years): FJD$149 per person, one-way - Infants (0-2 years old): Free of charge. A MANDATORY ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN (per day) are not included in the accommodations price and is charged 40 days prior to arrival along with your accommodations.
