- Beach photos are extremely flattering as not really a nice sandy beach. Everything felt damp in the nonaircon room. Deck pool pointless. No sunsets.
- Nothing really. But the resort does need a shower facility that guests can use after checkout on their final day.

Transfers can be arranged from either Taveuni (20-minute boat ride to the resort) or Savusavu (1-hour car transfer via a partly unsealed road and a 20-minute boat ride to the resort).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
