Set alongside Matira Beach, Village Temanuata offers traditional Polynesian-style bungalows offering direct beach access. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or indulge in a massage. Bicycles are available for hire. The family-run Temanuata Village Resort is just 984 feet from dining options and shops. Vaitape village is 4.3 mi away. It is a 40-minute bus and ferry ride from Bora Bora Airport. All bungalows feature a patio, a refrigerator and a ceiling fan. Each has a private bathroom with a shower. Mosquito nets are available upon request. The tour desk books diving, sailing, island trips and submarine tours. Guests can borrow snorkeling equipment or rent a kayak for a small additional charge.

- The location is perfect! Christine is always available to help you in your stay! A little hot but had two fans to help during the night and was ok! I totally recommend to stay here when in Bora Bora! I will comeback!
- The location is amazing and staff is helpful and friendly.
- The location was amazing the best on the whole island. Has own beach with white sand. Close to the public beach. A few steps to the local shop and the best pizza from the wood oven.
Cons -
- The rooms are equipped with fans but no A/C, making it difficult to sleep at night in this humid weather.
- Bungalow rooms have fans, but still were not enough. There was no wind draft. so they were extremely uncomfortable to being inside or sleeping... but I will still probably come back there... ;)
