THE ENSUITE WAS MOULDY AND HAD TO KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED TO KEEP OUT THE SMELL

There was a bar and restaurant attached. The girl behind the bar was incredibly attractive. Air con worked well.

The room smelled of mold and there were cobwebs. Also the tv was tiny and non adjustable so there was only 1 awkward angle that you could watch it without the color being off. No wifi :(

After I was given the room I had booked and paid for 10 minutes later I had to give it up for a room without any facilities and was not clean everything was dirty and couldn't sleep last night it was the worst experience ever ( I will never again book or stay nor will I recommend that place to anyone )

Very clean and comfortable accommodation and without having to pay an excessive price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A lovely place to stay.

The location, staff and cleanliness of the room was spot on for a one night stay. I appreciated having the little fridge, kettle and basics for tea and coffee and my own little bathroom. Once all the Friday night commotion calmed down it was quiet enough through the depths of the night.

Well - the room #6 has high windows so it actually feels like a small prison room and also the on-off of an outside aircon unit kept me awake for hours unfortunately. This was a single bed room with its own little bathroom.

It was a basic room, but had what we needed and for the price we paid, we were happy with what we got. The location was very good, with the river right across the street and the pub next door.

Rooms are very small but clean and fine for a one night stopover. The pricing reflects this. Great having pub next door for meals and staff were awesome.

No microwave.No toaster.No towel railsKettle plugged into powerboard along with fridge and TV and tripped the powerboard when we tried to boil water.3m x 4m unventilated room was ridiculously cramped.

The hotel meal was excellent and service by all was good. Room and bed all good enjoyed the stay and very little noise in the evening .

In all was a comfortable stay.

A few hiccoughs had the potential to impact our stay.... remote for the TV had been stolen, bedside light was not working, pouring rain had drenched us... BUT the incredible support and kindness we received was outstanding. Daniel, the owner and Taylor, with good humour, attended to everything, even putting our sodden clothes in their dryer, and delivering them, folded and dried. They searched for a bedside lamp and installed it. THIS is real country hospitality. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and fresh, also.

Mildew on inside of electric jug and cockroach on wall of bedroom and big spider in bathroom in shower recess.

Easy, all we needed and value for money.

Shared bathroom, a bed pushed up against a wall, and the smell of the room cleaner was very overpowering.

Good place for a stopover on our way south on Christmas Day.

Everything was fine. Only thing was there were no glasses in the room for drinks. Tea and coffee making cups only.

I love the town and staff , the bed was comfortable to sleep in, the room was clean. But unfortunately the sender ligh out side keeped Turing on all night , it was like someone having hi bem on every 15/20 minutes, I got no sleep at all and the had to go to work all day with art market. The management have has reimbursed me for my stay to apologize because we got no sleep. That was really lovely of them to look after us.Would highly recommend others to say there, good location, lovely food,lovely staff and comfortable bed

Always enjoy the Meals at Rod n Reel the baccomadation is always comfortable and quiet during the evening .. Staff always pleasant and helpful -- nice relaxing stay -- normally an over night break .

All was enjoyable and the Meal was excellent as per normal ...Kitchen staff always friendly ..

I enjoy the country atmosphere and the quiet. Evening stroll along the river and the Hotel always good for a meal.

All was fine and had an ensuite in the room this time. All great .
