Royal Gatton Hotel

Beautiful comfortable clean room with air-conditioning and TV. Even the shared bathroom/toilet were spotless. I really liked the idea of the basin in the room.

The room is spacious.Wash basin is very handy. AirCon is fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better location honestly. Huge IGA right next door.

As a regular weekly I would actually appreciate a larger bar fridge as the current ones are only good for a bottle of milk & maybe 2 cold Cokes

Staff where very rude on check in, big cockroaches in room & my grandson accidentally left something behind in room & i went back in afternoon to see if it was in lost property, the way the lady/staff treated this was so rude, clearly housekeeping stole it.I work in hospitality and the staff looking after the accommodation need to learn to make people feel welcomed not like criminals. I expected friendly country hospitality but far from it.

I loved the tall ceilings with the patterns in them, and the air con in the room made it much more comfortable in the room. The staff were so lovely and helpful and super friendly

I didn't love that the amenities were outside on the balcony and were so hot as there was no air flow through them, which wasn't great on stinking hot day, however it could have been worse

Location and super clean and had all ammenities very comfortable . Friendly staff and love how they had biscuits on arrival!

Wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid but was pleasantly surprised actually. Room was clean, single bed but comfortable. Staff were great, and the best steak I’ve had since arriving in Australia.

No bathroom in the rooms, just a sink.

The location was great and the parking was free.Each room had its own washbasin, which was nice.

I wish the bathrooms and toilets had been separated by gender.And it wasn’t very safe at night because I had to go outside to use the bathrooms and toilet since there wasn’t one in the room.

The consistent thud outside my room every 7 seconds, unsure what it was, possibly air con or ventilation ducts, , possibly the most annoying thing i have ever heard and left me with a very frustrating and sleepless night.

Well appointed rooms, with a huge bathroom, nice decor and great for the price. Staff catered for my late check in and were super helpful in helping me navigate the property. The bathroom was clean and bright, and even though the building is heritage, the rooms and decor were lovely. It felt clean and comfortable and I would happily stay there agin.

Big cockroach in shower ran up my leg.

Clean comfortable had a ceiling fan which was great

No carpet in the room and so the bed rolled too easily on the wooden floor

The noise. You could hear people banging and coming up from the pub all night.

The location was central, the staff were nice and friendly, the bars and eating areas were nice.

Nothing - the ad for the hotel was accurate

I like it in royals coz the rooms, bathroom and shower room are clean. and the staffs are friendly. It's was a good price for the single rooms. I will recommend Royals to my friends.

The room was cosy, easy access and private. Bed was very comfy and I have spinal injuries. The room was spotless.
