Highfields Motel Toowoomba

Highfields Motel is located in an area handy to food, having a restaurant onsite and being opposite KFC also. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a large comfortable room, with a two seater lounge. The rainhead shower was a lovely surprise.

There was only one bread and butter plate, but that was going to bwe rectified quickly. The bed was a little soft, but still comfortable.

As a returning guest, I love the location, clean and comfortable rooms. Also the undercover parking is an added bonus, plus great shower!Thank you again.

Cannot find a negative.

Staff were fantastic. The room was very clean and I really like having undercover parking as well. Good value for money.

There's nothing I didn't like

Very clean and convenient to the party we were attending. Hosts were very accommodating.

Clean facilities, great location and friendly staff who were super helpful!

Great location rooms 100 percent clean and well appointed.Very quiet no traffic noise and Great restaurant Lilies onsite with shops nearby.

Nothing at all.

The whole place is clean, comfortable and just right for us. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, amazing restaurant. Food was delicious. 2nd time there and cannot fault it. We get the king spa room, it's just perfect for a couple.

Nothing...everything is great

Clean and tidy room, KFC close by or two servos for late runs

Convenient to where we had to be, and the property managers were fantastic! (It will be different with every stay but) we had no problems with noise levels during the night. Noise levels were kept to a minimum and we felt it was a respectful environment. Also KFC was so close by.

Nothing :)

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. Highfields is definitely one of the best motels I have stayed at. I thought we would hear traffic noise, but it was very quiet at night.

Clean, quiet, great staff!

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet even though it was full, guessing soundproofed. Very friendly staff.

Average for the cost!

TV controls explanation and bathroom shelving or hangers for clothes towels etc.Aircon aged and fan not operating properly.

Great location for the area we needed to be in. Staff friendly and professional, accidentally left something behind and they rang me to let me know. Great king bed!! Soft pillows which really makes a difference.

Towels little worn

Loved how easy the process for after hours check in was and how clean and comfortable room was after a long journey.

No restaurant in location for dinner or breakfast. However lots of options within a short walking distance.

Every time I stay at Highfields motel I am happy with the cleanliness, the staff are great and very friendly, even the cleaners are lovely and have a professional but relaxed way about them. I have never eaten at the restaurant but that will be for next time. The location is really handy as there is a duel station, KFC on either side, only 4 minutes from the main Highfields shops and tavern and the scenery is also beautiful.

Had another resident in room 19 exceptionally rude and aggressive

Lovely big rooms very clean. Friendly staff and good location.

The room was clean and comfortable The staff were very very friendly, helpful, accommodating beautiful people who went far and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable would 100% recommend them to y’all. It’s the best welcoming experience ever that I have encountered for a week stay. I felt like I didn’t want to leave.

The only downside was the internet connection, however it is a problem in a lot of places where we stay.

Property was clean, large rooms and comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
