Pleasant reception...good security and good bed! Good parking

Our room was next to lifts..strange noises

We had a nice view. Guests in the building were quiet. Helpful staff. Great value for an apartment. Free parking was excellent

The dishes were dirty so had to clean before use, lots of dust on furniture, and balcony door and verandah area could use a clean.Our key didnt work, but reception very helpful in getting a 2nd key that worked.Parking and access very tight space/ turns for large cars.

The room was spacious and clean. Free parking.

Lack of reception although the alternative was acceptable. Lack of breakfast options.

the room was just big enough for 2 ,kitchen was adequate if you want to cook ,bath room is good ,there is swimming pool ,bed was ok, with a blanket if dooner is too hot,close to shops

Location ideal for our visit to nearby family. Comfortable bed & room. Secure parking.

Would prefer walk in shower not shower over bath.

Clean and just off the highway, bed was great, short walk to restaurants and parked on the street out the front for free overnight.

It suited our purpose which was just to have a place to sleep. The location was close to the event we were going to as well as lots of facilities. We were on the quiet side of the building so had no problem with noise. Not sure what it would be like on the highway side.

Great location & very quiet room, easy to get to, just off Pennant Hills Rd. Still within walking distance of the local restaurants & cafes. Room was large and bed was comfy, shower was hot & had great water pressure.

Good secure parking. Location was good for my needs. Nice large room.

Dated bathroom but ok for short stay

Room was reasonable. Dirty vents for air con - wouldn't use it. Good little kitchen but few utensils. Car park terrible and dirty in the basement. All parks marked with numbers so didn't know what to use. One phone call I was told I could use "visitors" - none of those - so next phone call I was told I could use any! One lift didn't work. The key box outside (as I was delayed by a car accident on freeway) was useless - another phone call - apparently another keybox not visible from where we were until directed to see if there were any more. No staff on duty after 5 so phone calls required for each step.

Cleanliness of vents and carpark. Get rid of the useless keybox and make it clear where the only good one is. Carpark signage need to be clearer. What is the 'door'in the shower itself with little hole for?

There's no staff at the desk after 5:00 pm. The pool looked like it was casually maintained. Place felt like it was fading.

Nice clean room with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Really appreciated how very quiet the room was considering how close it was to a busy Pennant Hills Road. Plus secure parking. A number of good eateries within walking distance.

Only consideration was that the room needed to be locked from the inside. It did not automatically lock when the door was closed.

Property was handy but no communication regarding how to access after hours. Room smelt of mold and bathtub where you stand to shower disgusting. Had to wear slippers in the shower.

Location was great! Close to shops, restaurants and train.

AC didn’t seem to work. No staff at reception the whole weekend. Pool not overly clean. Place is up for sale and it seems like not much is going into the place.

The sheets only changed once in 3 weeks, a bit below par(my opinion) should have been changed every week.If I hadn't asked at the desk,probably wouldn't been done at all

Clean and good location.

Air conditioner wasn’t great and it was a very hot and humid night.

bed was comfortable and room was clean

the fire alarm going off multiple times while I was trying to sleep.

staff very accommodating

the heating very warm then aircon to cold couldn’t find a happy medium and the bathroom could be updated however around the fixtures can be cleaned better
