- I love the classy vibe, the styling, the mix of the old and new furniture & wall hangings. Drinks by the fireplace. We stayed in the garden view room and it is still the old style bathroom but functional, clean and has fluffy mats, towels and everything you need. Restaurant meal at dinner very nice. The waiter is a card and the met the friendly owners. All go out of their way to make your stay memorable.
- Nicely decorated throughout. Continental breakfast was lovely. The fireplaces in the common areas were terrific. Good parking onsite. Staff were lovely.
Cons -
- Bathroom exhaust fan is noisy, the only complaint
- Room 26 - extremely cold - the small Dyson heater was not adequate. The bathroom was very dated (even though I understand they're going to be renovated at some stage). Walls not very soundproof.
