Set in expansive gardens with excellent facilities such as new tennis courts & a well-quipped games room. Excellent accommodation with a reasonable tariff & only 5 minutes from historic Morpeth.

Check-in was unattended & office closed when we arrived. About a 10-minute wait before we could check-in.

I lost a precious necklace - left it at the bedside table. I am grateful for the team who was on honest, reverted quickly by checking and sending back the necklace to me immediately. We were with a large group, attending a wedding nearby.

Lovely property, friendly staff and nicely renovated rooms!

The facilities and location were fantastic. Alot of activities for the kids to do. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful.

The mattress protector on one of the beds was stained. Pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Hunter oasis was wonderful. A perfect place to stay for a young family. The games room was amazing. The villa was great, very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great, very helpful and informative. You can see there has been a lot of effort put into creating a great place for families to holiday. We stayed as we were visiting an event at hunter valley gardens, perfect location.

Leaving!!

We like everything. It was a surprise for all of us. The rooms and the villa have been recently renovated and they are spacious enough, clean and well equipped. Beds and cushions are super comfortable and the kitchenette in the villa has new appliances and all you need to cook. Also in the rooms you have kettle and fridge.We were a group of 13 with 7 children and we rented one villa and 2 rooms. We enjoyed cooking and eating in the common kitchen, super equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for large groups. Two bbq are also available outside of the common kitchen.The play room is well equipped and during our stay the weather was great so we used the swimming pool and the tennis court every day.The position is great, half way from Hunter Valley and Port Stephen. The lady at the reception was very friendly and kind.A really good value and I highly recommend.

The location.The cleanliness and the whole property is so well maintained, If I recommend too highly I won’t be able to get myself booked in again due to people rushing to book. I will be back

There was nothing I disliked

Loved this place. Super clean. Everything you could need. Staff (Melisa) was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Great games room on a rainy day. 100% recommend Town is quaint and worth a visit. We will be back

This is a beautiful place to stay. Lovely room and outlook. Super clean. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The bed had seen better days, I had to put a pillow under mattress for support. There was no face washer.Lovely clean and undercover parking great.

Great location

The smell of the cleaner used for floors. The smell stayed in the room the whole time we were there when the room had been closed for a long period of time. I did tell the lady at reception to change floor cleaner to something that smelled nice and not like a sewer.Also in the smaller rooms there should be a small wardrobe instead of a hanging rack next to the kettle area.

Stay here often. Such an awesome place. Staff are all friendly and personable. Rooms are well presented and very clean. Games room is amazing for the whole family. Excellent pool, tennis courts and grounds for kids to play or adults to sit chill in the sun

Not what you expect from a “motel”. Great location , spacious clean rooms. Well equipped super clean kitchen and dining facilities . Easy parking, surrounded by nice lawns and garden exercise area well maintained synthetic tennis courts . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Given we were arrived after reception was closed, we were given prior direction to our room. It was easy to find & upon opening the door the room smelt very clean & look nice.

Can’t say I disliked anything about the stay.

The location was good for what I wanted to do, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is quite small, the bathroom was even smaller. The shower was like standing in a phone booth and trying to wash. It was quite noisy when other cars or people were moving around the complex.

New, clean and great staff.

You could hear people in the rooms next to you. I’m a light sleeper, so for many people it will be fine.

Excellent facility, good use of space, quite comfortable , covered parking, separate kitchen and laundry facilities
