Port Lincoln Caravan Park

Location was amazing.

Booking dot com wed page. Showing a two bedroom facilities when they didn't exist ?

Well-equipped. Good shower, nice temperature water in shower. Poor quality mattress and pillows.

No safety features in ensuite bathroom - shower base very slippery and no grab bars anywhere. After I had a nasty fall (19/3) and hit my face and right knee on the tile surround, a mat was given to us to use in the shower base. I was too scared of falling again, so did not get to shower for the entire stay after 19th.At time of booking, I notified the venue that I use a 4wheel walker, so I guess I expected that someone would have advised me that the cabin was not suitable for anyone with disabilities. I should have thought to double check for safety features before confirming booking. Missed communication between both parties is a good lesson for all. Probably won't stay at caravan parks in future, based on this experience.

Staying on the water was pretty great. Air con was handy as weather got a bit warm. Liked the dedicated park spot. Convenient having a store close by.

The mat left at the front door was dirty (hadn’t been changed) and the cabin smelled a bit musty but I think it was from the bathroom, as there was no extraction fan.

While the location was OK only a 10 min drive, I would stay in town next timeI loved that I had somewhere to prepare a meal and the shower was great. Onsite parking was good

Unfortunately, the bed was awful. It was one of those old style mattress with no pillow top so you could feel the springs in the mattress. Not great for a sensitive sleeper. Mattresses are the most important item of my accommodation.

A nice peaceful location, not too far from town.The toilet block was clean and spacious and the park itself was very tidy.The staff were pleasant and the rates were very reasonable.

The beds could use a topper as we could feel the springs. The cabin was clean however the bedside drawers were too musty to use, and the wardrobe smelled strongly of mould.

The location was okay. Beaches are pretty but further away from any facilities Plenty of kitchen supplies provided.Toilet was cleam

The bed was too small, I'm 5 foot 9, and i didn't fit on the bed. The shower is small, and the basin was too small. The couch was quite torn apart and not fit to useA/C didn't cool. Sheets were dirty. The TV was in a very awkward position to use. Floors were dirty.There were ants in the room, which bit me while i was sleeping.

Nothing really stood out

needs renovating, apart from fridge, aircon, microwave all the other things need upgrading, the unit doesn't look like it has been upgraded for many years, old cupboards and blinds. no soap, hairdryer.new security door which is very good quality, but can't lock when leaving for the dayno cook top or even small portable cooktop

The cabin was well equipped and spacious.Very easy to check in late.

The bathroom was very small, it could easily be bigger by slightly reducing the size of the living room.

This was a very nice area to stay, the views were great and the communal bbq area was fantastic and well maintained

Very nice location although a bit close to h/way noise.

There was a bit of a smelll in the caravan area due to I think drain hoses from caravan kitchen sinks.

Nice to walk the dog. Quiet after work traffic

Cabin needed work eg missing or broken handles etc. Nice curtains that fully shut out light would have been nice.

The room was nice and comfy, clean toilets and the location is near to the city proper. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Over all we had a nice stay.

We didn't like that the TV is not facing the bed, like in other cabin that we had before, in other caravan park. It's nice when you're resting in bed watching TV.

Quiet and away from the main town.

I dont understand the question about breakfast as we made our own in the cabin. it was well equipped with electrical appliances but it was very mean with cutlery and crockery. if we had someone extra over for coffee or a meal they had to bring their own cup, cutlery and crockery. the couch was good

the floor of the shower was very slippery and it needs a mat, the toilet paper holder was rusty, the cigarette bin outside the cabin was totally rusted through. it was small and crowded by the time we got our cases in and had to put them on the floor, there was little room both sides of the bed, my husband uses a cpap machine to sleep and there wasnt a power socket near the bed

It is OK that the Caravan Park is pet friendly. However many of the dogs of clients and permanents are always off leash. Some of the dogs can be considered not friendly to other people other than the owners. I informed employees of the caravan park of the situation and I was informed that it is impossible to control some dog owners!!

loved the purple bin my Sister was jealous because she had a white one. ha ha!!!!!!!had cereal in our cabin and coffee in our cabin.

there was no outside light working Shower could have a holder for shampoo/conditioner.No sanitary bags or bin so had to dispose over to the Amenities close by.

the location was amazing.

Someone during our stay tried to pinch my car’s registration plates. the property needs to have better safety. there were no cabs available in nearby area if needed.
