Rome was comfortable and clean totally lovely however we had no hot water ruined our stay
Very good place to stay in Roxby Downs with most elements spot on.Very frustrating online check in system should be either corrected or abandoned. System appears not to recognise pre- payment. System collects no information that is different to original booking and requires payment to complete. The facility sent around 5 messages asking for this to be completed. Non completion makes no difference to actual check in. What a silly process.
Very close to the town centre, facilities were clean and comfortable.
Very modern & comfortable room on ground floor overlooking swimming pool.
Room was clean and available before book in time, staff were very friendly and the ease of the meal across the road being booked back to hotel room.

Nice little accommodation in Roxby Downs. I wasnt hoping for much given the remote location of the town but there was nothing wrong with this accommodation. It was very comfortable and clean. The check in process was easy as well.

The gentleman in room one had his TV on extremely loud and coughed all night. I could hear him like he was right next to me due to the door that opens between the two rooms when used as a family room. The door is not soundproof.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and fixed an issue with my telly. Never complained when they had to walk over in 40 degree heat because I had locked myself out of my room, they still greeted me with a smile.
I shoukd have ticked to stay downstairs.
