We loved the location of the room and the quietness,

love the food at the retirant, plus the facilitates around d round the park

3 bedrooms sharing only one bathroom & one toilet

I loved the place where we stayed-- our two-bedroom chalet was cozy and perfect. I especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils we needed. The concept of the chalet was wonderful, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating with our requests. I absolutely loved everything about it. We’ll definitely come back and stay even longer next time. This was the best birthday celebration I’ve ever had away from my family—I truly felt at home. The ambiance was beautiful, and everything was just perfect. I also enjoyed sleeping in the bed—the mattress and comforter were so soft, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

I think the dinner and lunch menu can be a bit diverse and rotating rather than same food everyday

Our room location and view was superb. Whilst the room/bathroom is a little dated, it had everything we needed. Meal in the restaurant was excellent. We only had the one night, we would like to come back and stay longer. Highly recommend.

The bathroom facility is a little dated.

Location in the forest was lovely. The children enjoyed being able to roam safely around the resort. The school holiday activities were enjoyed.

There were 7 of us in the 3 bedroom chalet - we could have done with additional bin liners, bins being emptied, tea towels and hand towels.

Location - cabins everything you needed for short stay. Tranquil environment.

Room was on lake with a fabulous view. Loved the spacious bathroom toilet area.

Room Service was terrible. Your room is cleaned between 3.00 & 5.00pm pretty much when you're wanting to refresh for dinner and relax after a day out. It is carpet so floor gets very messy given no vacuuming only change of linen & bed poorly made. I ended up opting to do my own. Given the cost you are looking forward to a little spoiling as that is included in price. Dirty linen was left on verandahs for a day & night in one instance.

The entire resort was beautiful. The view from the lakeside room was unbelievable every morning and we absolutely enjoyed all the amenities in the resort.

The furnishings were run down. maybe some updates on the furnishings could’ve improved the experience given the price per night. The patio has a beautiful view then you have a dusty cheap table and chairs. Carpet need an update too. No lock on bathroom door.

The View along the lake was amazing and it was pretty quiet

there are limited facilities for the lakeside rooms, only 1 BBQ around the area and the rooms were a bit outdated for what you pay.

Nothing to dislike about facilities,I think a Continental breakfast should be included in the price, especially for those not in cabins.

Such a great experience! Staff are lovely, the location is so beautiful, heaps of great ammenities, and the whole place is so well cleaned and maintained.

It was amazing location with friendly staffs and beautiful bird that came to our balcony.

Nice location, some wildlife and rescue animals around to see. Restaurant nice with great staff.

Accommodation a little bit expensive.Bedrooms very tight to walk around the bed.

It was our second visit. The site is beautiful and well maintained. The lake is beautiful. The bird and wildlife amazing. Whilst we would return because we love the area, see below re cleaning

We arrived to a dirty pillowcase at the front step. We then had to remove several spiders from the ceilings in both bedrooms (and their webs). This was easily achieved by standing on a chair- something the cleaners perhaps didn't do. Whilst spiders are perhaps to be expected in this environment, cobwebs and general fustiness are not!
