Swan Valley Tourist Park offers a relaxing retreat in West Swan, just a 20-minute drive from Perth Airport. Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool, play tennis or enjoy barbecue on site. Free parking is available. Swan Valley Park is a 5-minute drive from Cuddly Animal Farm, a 10-minute drive from Guildford and a 10-minute drive from Whiteman Park. Perth Zoo is a 30-minute drive away and Perth city is 11 mi away. The air-conditioned studios come with a seating area, a TV and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dining area. Some studios offer a DVD player, sofa and outdoor space. The property provides laundry service for guests’ convenience.

- Constant noise from planes landing at Perth airport
- Location to venue I needed to go to
- Staff were very friendly.
Cons -
- No WIFI
- This park has not been kept maintained and could really do with a total revamp. Went to use pool and it was closed. Steps on cabin loose and were not pleasant to use and one of outdoor chairs was broken. Place is in heart of Swan Valley and could be a beautiful spot to stay if it was done up.
