Check in and out were simple. The washer/dryer were great. The bed was comfortable. The view of the bay was fabulous.

The whole building locked down before 9:30 p.m. No one could get in, even guests. The bathroom was very cramped, but that is largely because the washer/dryer were in there. A fair trade-off. There was no electrical outlet next to the right side of the bed. Management let a truck park in front of the only sidewalk access from the parking lot. The reception and the bartender seemed particularly grumpy and impatient. The dining room staff seemed rather oblivious to the guests needs like water and checking to see that everything was ok.

Stunning location with great views.The rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful.Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and breakfast was also very tasty.

Only small complaint was the bed was firm and the fridge noisy.

Everything was good

The view, the room, and the staff were great. Meals are fantastic.

The upstairs western access was poorly lit at night and not safe as a fire escape. This is definitely a serious Health and Safety issue. It could have more crossover points from the car park, and another normal stairway from the top landing would also help. Otherwise, it is the only access when the lift access doors are locked.On top of this, it's a really long way to drag bags and gear, especially when raining. I know it has been like this since the resort opened, but surely it's time to put it right.

Views were pretty

Old and tired. Bathroom crammed with large washing machine and drier which is not necessary for travelers. For the price of it we would have expected a higher standard. Staff in restaurant were not interested in serving us. Bad smell of rotting kelp in the restaurant area. Made me gag it was so bad. Had to leave breakfast. Book in staff were great. Also staff in cafe lovely.

Location is beautiful. Room was nice and bed comfortable. There was one very old and tired bedside lamp that needs replacing. The outdoor lighting could be better poolside. Food was ok.

We loved everything, especially the expertise, kindness and helpfulness of Lisa, and also the lovely lady in the shop area.

My stay was exceptional, largely due to the thoughtful amenities and attentive staff. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a game-changer, allowing me to pack light and keep my clothes fresh. The on-site supermarket was incredibly convenient, offering a wide range of snacks, drinks, and even fresh produce – perfect for quick meals or stocking the mini-fridge. The hotel restaurant provided delicious and reasonably priced meals, and the service was always prompt and friendly.

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Our room was large, with a comfy bed, well-tooled kitchen and a good bathroom. Dinner was good too. We slept well with handy aircon on a hot night. The setting sun in the west looked gorgeous, and the view of the bay was so pretty. We loved it. Thank you

Everything was prestigious amazing vies from your room, clean and had everything you needed including your own washing machine and dryer.

Just the entrance to our room was a mission. Maybe if you had a few bridges pathways from the car park

This hotel has unique location and no competition however served our purpose

Hotel rooms that don’t have windows for fresh air - the sliding glass door open was security risk to me

Staff very helpful and friendly, excellent views, comfortable room, good facilities.

A few repairs and minor maintenance issues need attending to in room and public areas.

Price was too expensive

A stunning place to stay. Staff were awesome-especially the young man on reception. Went out of his way to help us with our ebikes. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend to others
