The cabin was roomy and very clean, the view onto the lake was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definetley be back in the near future.

We enjoyed the stay we had some young children and they enjoyed the pool and jumping pillow.

The water front

The TV in the main room updated itself and then the remote did not connect. I asked for it to be fixed and someone attended but it never worked.

In a great quiet location, great for families and to just watch the time go by. Plenty to do onsite and close to river and lake.

The pool was freezing cold and wasn't worth getting in. Place is out of the way and need to stay during warmer months

No one answered my after hour call when I stayed in the property. The map given to me in the check in envelope showed a wrong location of the cabin.

Great location and close to all amenities. Swimming pool and the arcade room was a bonus

the lagoon had a sewage smell especially in the morning but no big deal

The facilities were lovely. However, there were 4-5 families booked into the cabins next to us. They had their children up until 2am screaming and keeping us awake. And they would constantly eat ice cream and food in the pool. We also witnessed one of the dads telling their child to urinate in the pool. We enjoyed playing the water park and it experiences organised by the accomodation. The staff were helpful when we asked questions. We enjoyed our experience. But wish that there was security roaming around in the evening to prevent people from waking others up. And maybe a staff member supervising the pool area.

Our accommodation was run down, the lagoon we faced had stagnant water and rubbish floating on it.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Cyclical maintenance neglected with black.mould on bathroom ceiling in 2 places, heavy mould on ceiling of outdoor deck area. Dishwasher clogged, cobwebs evident, all mixer taps loose. Coffee cups not washed properly. Interior dreary, scuffed and needs a refresh.

Everything. We had a Lagoon suite, and it was stunning. Perfect. It is so hard to leave such a beautiful place. Watching the waterline. Fish eels turtles. Listening g to the kookas in the evening while enjoying g a BBQ over the water. Staff friendly, very helpful, very professional, very knowledgeable.. Just made the stay magical.

Can't think of anything. That wasn't just perfect.

Nice suburb

DISAPPOINTMENT. Advertisement of accomodation is misleading and a scam. Can’t even walk on the grass area in front of house.. confused to a small board walk to access lake views that is shared with multiple other cabins. Dishwasher didn’t work. Blinds couldn’t be closed so we had no privacy.. and many of the blinds falling off. The cabin is poorly maintained and for the cost it’s a waste of money. We were hardly provided with the essentials. The bathroom had no hand wash as bottle was completely empty, no ice trays in freezer, only provided two dishwasher tablets and bin bags. Not even salt and Pepper provided. Provides no area for activities.. you would be stuck inside and if you want to play outside (especially if coming with kids) the grass is not accessible so you will have to drive around the corner to a public grass area. Advertising is misleading. Do not waste your money.. you will have a small kitchen and bedroom and lounge area and that is all the space you have for your entire holiday. The wifi doesn’t even work most of the time, the TV didn’t access channels properly (adversities Netflix but is inaccessible), couldn’t connect to TV to even watch a movie at night. At the very LEAST communication w it h front desk leaving to our trip could have been there BUT we were left calling and emailing leading up to our stay to ask questions regarding if we can check in early, what essentials are provided to better plan for our trip. We arrived an hour early anyways (even after calling and phoning for days to try and organise our trip better with no response) only to be told that our room wasn’t ready. Which would have been fine but the rude lady at the front desk was just horrible. She was condescending and stuck up.. and made no attempts for our room to be ready even 10 minutes earlier.

The lakeside apartments we stayed in were beautiful and private. We loved the amenities, they have such a great pool for kids and adults and splash park for the kids (and adults haha). There is so much wildlife around which is really cool, like the gaggle of ducks that roam around the grounds looking to be fed and the kangaroos that can often be seen bouncing around.

The only thing we didn't like was the mattress in our room which seemed to be way too soft. It made the sleep uncomfortable as we would sink right into the bed. Everything else was amazing and there are no other complaints!

The wildlife is amazing, the facilities are also amazing, lovely park, lots for the kids to do.

I am disappointed with the stay, especially since your park is fantastic an the facilities are amazing. I paid nearly $800 for two nights, (cabin 10 on the lagoon), and had the following issues:- The BBQ didn't work- The BBQ lighter didn't work- Only one stove top element worked- The ironing board was broken and un-usable- The blinds were missing so we couldn't have privacy or make the room dark- The hot water didn't work for a portion of the stay- The gate code didn't work and no one answered the emergency number, I called multiple times, never heard back.I tried to call reception and the emergency number multiple times for these issues with no response. I also called three times before arrival with queries and never got a call back I was told by the lady at reception that she is the only one working there and she cant keep up with the calls. For the price, this really isn't good enough, the room needs maintenance. LOVED the water park, pool, wildlife and jump pillows.

Great location, shame that trees block the view of the lake at a lakefront cabin. Park has good facilities, pool area great for the kids. Booking site and confirmation email stated check in would be 2pm. I was texted the day prior that check in is 3pm due to it being peak season. Cabin well equipped however starting to look a little tired in some parts. BBQ area on patio needs a good clean, mould around kitchen sink and grout in shower tiles needing a refresh. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable and lounge very spacious. Couldn't get TV to connect to YouTube or Netflix so called reception and was told staff would attend, which didn't happen. Had to connect TV to my mobile phone hotspot and Netflix account. Nice to get close to nature and see various birds and kangaroos up close to the cabin.

Nice location - interesting place. Area was great for getting away.

Patio/deck area could have been better cleaned - very grungy. No ambient lighting in living room.

The accommodation was extremely dirty, the BBQ was disgusting. Over all very disappointing

Loved the pool, games room, views, staff were lovely and lots of kids for our 3 year old daughter to play with. Great to have little parks and the jumping pillow too.

Booked here specifically for the splash park and was very disappointed to see it was closed for maintenance (completely understand that's important especially if it's a safety thing but would have been great to have prior notice). Also the floor in the room wasn't completely clean everywhere upon arrival which was a bit annoying as we have a 7 month old who was crawling around so I had to clean it first.
