- We visited Mathura for the Holi festival and it really didn't disappoint. Gurav and his family were exceptional hosts allowing us to share the celebrations with their local community. This included lighting the fires and burning wheat before exchanging good luck with family, friends and neighbours the evening before and playing with colours (In particular with the local children) and dancing with all the following morning. Gurav, who is extremely spiritual, took us in his car to the old town to visit temples where we received blessings and were made to feel very welcome.
- A divine and peaceful place to stay.
- It is modest but has everything one needs for comfortable stay. It was like home. We enjoyed having delicious indian meals prepered and served by our hosts and had opportunitiy to get to know entire family. Gaurav was great host, both at home and when organising for us spritual tours around Mathura, Vrindavan and Barsana. We visited many temples and other sacred places, and learned a lot about them, their history etc. He also organised our transfer to Delhi.
