Room was big enough for 4 adults a 1 infant

Room was dusty

Excellent location. Manager very welcoming. Loved the fact that we could sit outside our room and watch the kangaroos and emus. We had friendly yellow crested cockatoos which kept knocking at our window. Swimming pool on site

The restaurant is now closed so we had to go into Halls Gap for our evening meal. They provided a continental breakfast.

Room was dirty. Bathroom wasn't clean. Spiderwebs and dirt and dust in the windowsill. The corners of the room especially in the bathroom was a build up of dirt and dust. The place wasn't clean very well.at all. The bathroom mirror was all smeary. Sink.hole grimey. Not a good place to stay at all.But the location had good restaurants near by and a great coffee shop very close by. Location good.

I didn't like the motel at all. Dirty and grotty.No outdoor picnic table or or picnic area. The whole place is run down and the owners don't care about cleaning the rooms for paying customers.If I was Booking.com I wouldn't list this property or if you do be honest and tell people it is lowly rated.

Just behind main street, close to food etc. Behind a giant concrete building which meant it was really quite.

Probably prefer carpet on the floor but no big deal.

Convince to the shops it's close to Woolworths and aldi a bakery and several other shops near by . The park across the street was good for school aged children

The step up into the shower was a bit much for some to manage however the shower pressure was really strong. Also we found a cockroach in our room. There was only a single pillow each for 2 guests . A small tv with remote and basic Chanel's . The toaster set off the smoke detector in several rooms . The toaster itself was clearly melted obviously not a great plastic casing on the outside of it

No water glasses, no glasses at all when requested.Furnishings a bit dated.Bathroom sink had no plug and tap was squirting water when turned on.Outdoor chairs look dirty

location is great - 2 minutes from good restaurants and cafes and the Beaconsfield train station about 8 mins walk

Not clean. Loud air con. Bathroom and toilet windows unable to be sealed (allowing smokey air in).

Never again and I want...

The place was filthy. The bed sheets had sticky spots on them. The walls were disgusting. Poo on the walls next to the toilet. Spiders everywhere, bugs crawling under beds.

The air conditioning was ice-cold. I stayed on a 44°C day.

Literally every surface was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled horrible. There were old soaps on top of the shower. Behind the toilet door had clearly never been cleaned.

I will never come there...

So untidy and I can see spiders in the toilet and no iron and the towel have stains and old

I just wanted a basic room and this suited me fine. The fridge was an adequate size but freezer was tiny.

I bought food and brought it back to the room. No fork or knife. Just a tea spoon. There was a toaster but no knife if i wanted to spread something. I also would've loved a face washer for showering.

Really disgustingly dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, The Shower would go hot and cold, bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The place was held together with duct tape and a bad silicone job, the toaster had burnt plastic on the elements.I would not stay here again until it was drastically improved,

The room was dodgy and dirty there were unsavoury people lingering looked like drugs were being consumed we were watched! the short time we were there

Location off the main road and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The sheets were clean.

The room was filthy and the furnishings old and looked like they had been picked up from the rubbish somewhere. The cups and spoons provided were filthy, as was the tray they were sitting on, and so was the bench top. I stooped to pick up something from the floor near the bench top, and got a good view of the spider web festooned there.There was no tea towel provided to dry the cups,spoons and tray after I washed them, so it was lucky I had a clean cloth to do that. There was an electric jug and a toaster on the bench - but no crockery or cutlery provided if you did want to cook toast. Bring your own maybe?The curtains also looked like they had been picked up from a rubbish pile, the net curtains were torn and weren't long enough for the window- they were also filthy. The bed springs were almost non existent- they creaked badly and offered no support. The part of the base I could see was also filthy. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out early. Reception later rang me and told me they weren't going to refund the money I had paid. I had already thought they wouldn't, but wanted to recommend they buy cleaning products with the money.Seriously- check out time is 10 am and check in time is after 2pm, and they can't get the rooms cleaned properly in that time?The motel is in a good position because there are few in the area - spend some money on minor upgrades and do some cleaning, and it can be a business you can be proud of.
