Barwon Heads Resort is a short walk from the 13th Beach surf beach. The Foreshore Reserve and the local shopping and dining haven of Hitchcock Avenue are both within a 10-minute drive from the property. Each air-conditioned apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining setting. All include a lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

- Spacious room. Very clean. Quite comfortable apart from hard beds.
Cons -
- Unfortunately the bedding was incorrect from what we booked. We booked a queen bed and two single beds. However upon checking in we have 2 queen beds. So we had to pull apart the two beds and re make them as best we could with ovesized sheets for the single bed, and not enough sheets for the second single bed. We found a blanket in the cupboard and did the best we could, but it was a shame as it was not that comfortable with the incorrect bedding
