- There wasn’t a lot we liked. Nice hot showers and a comfy bed. This hotel is a very basic room above a gaming casino. It had a locked door that you had to enter to get to your room. The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator. No handicap accessible. It was fine for a one night stay that was close to the airport. We flew out the next morning.
- The bed is very comfortable, I slept well, the shower is very strong and I liked it very much. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. You are served with 2 free of drink inluded beer and soft drink for your stay.

- People smoking in the hallway as it stunk of smoke. Noise from some people.
- It was an unusual setup that left us feeling uneasy but we were fine in the end. The casino closes at 4 am and no one is on the grounds from 4am to 10 am. If you checked out between those hours you had to use a back stairwell to leave the building. No elevator for luggage hauling.
- The location is great, it just 3 minutes walk to St. Albans station and very convinient to the restaurants and shops arounds. There are many Vietnamese restaurants there too. If you have a car, this hotel is strongly recommend as the car park is very large.

Bed was comfortable. Location worked for us.
Rooms located over poker machine and gambling establishment. Coffee not available until after 10:00 am. Front door was not accessible until after 10:00 am. Most days we had to use the fire escape doors to exit the building. Housekeeping entered our room when do not disturb sign was hung on our door. Shower wasn’t free of mold. Spots of mold were all around shower base. No trash can in bathroom.

No kettle in room or toaster and heater needed cleaning so did top of wardrobe and had not a nice smell to this room but have stayed in another room and it was amazing

A few weird people walking past not sure how safe the area is but overall had no issues with my car being touched so that's good. Attached to a pub with pokies may or may not be an issue for some.

Cigarette smoke all day and night. Sometimes stronger than other times. People definitely smoking on premises. 3am toxic burning smell.
The accommodation is very secure and U felt safe. Complimentary drinks and 10% off food purchased at the venue. Location is great. The staff were very friendly and obliging.
The room stunk,the carpet must have had a spill and nothing done about it.Needs to be updated The bed was ok,headboard was very Dusty.Needs an update perhaps new mattress and pillows were pretty flat.
Pleasant location for a one night stay before heading off to Melbourne Airport. They offered an early check-in which I really appreciated and the room was very clean. Several supermarkets just around the corner.
The location of the hotel isn't nice (i.e. A lot of homeless people). We didn't like the fact, that there's a casino inside the hotel lobby.
