Photo Identification Policy It is a legal requirement that guests must present valid physical Emirates ID OR physical Passport OR physical GCC National ID for check-in. This is applicable for every individual staying in the room or visiting, without exception. No other ID cards including soft copy of the aforementioned ID cards are accepted as per legal requirements. Physical Driving license is accepted only for UAE Nationals. Maximum Occupancy Policy Maximum occupancy in any room category booked, includes the main guest + accompany guest + visitors. If the number of occupants designated for a particular room category reaches the maximum limit, no additional guests or visitors would be allowed to stay / visit the room. Noise Policy We have no loud music policy post 10 pm. We would request you to please refrain from playing loud music in or outside your room after 10 pm to avoid inconvenience to other guests and residences. Speaker Policy Speakers whether small or big are not allowed to be carried to any room category. The same can be stored under storage at bell desk. Nonsmoking / Shisha Policy Smoking inside any room category is strictly not permissible. An ashtray is provided should you wish to smoke outside on your balcony / terrace. Shisha is strictly not permissible inside the room in the balcony / terrace. This policy is strictly enforced, any guest found in breach of the hotel’s nonsmoking policy will be charged penalty fees of AED 1000 (minimum charge). Damage Policy All items in the room are available for purchase. Should any item be taken from the room on departure or anything found damaged, the price of the item will be charged to the credit card on file. Car Parking Self-parking is not permissible. We have valet services operational 24 hours for your assistance. Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge of AED 150 per bed per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
