- Room is not clean , towels look grey because are too old . Too used , it is not the matter of clean but used a lot . I would pay more and take better hotel.
- The most horrible experience. I was physically assaulted by the security staff with my Emirates drives as a witness. I was charged under threat and a higher amount than Pirceline had already collected from me was charged again on my card.
- very good location , friendly staff who were very helpful the receptionist Hotel employee was of great help and it was pleasant to be greeted by the manager Much appreciated

- Being assaulted by hotel staff. Having my luggage removed forcibly from the Emirates pickup vehicle. Having my briefcase snatched from my hand. Being hurt and having to attend hospital upon arrival in the UK. Being humiliated by hotel staff - NOOR.
