- We travelled to celebrate our anniversary and I had informed the hotel requesting a room on a high floor. We were pleasantly surprised that we had a small cake, rose petals on the bed and balloons wishing us Happy Anniversary in our room.
- Large room. Great staff. Quiet in hotel.
Cons -
- This hotel is now Anantara so don't let the name fool you. 4 star hotel pretending to be 5 star. No electric outlet in the bathroom to use hair dryer, low water pressure in shower, we complained and requested another room, nothing was done. Disappointing!
