For pre-paid reservations: upon check-in, you must present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request a third party credit card authorization form. This hotel only accommodates families and married couples. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents. Bachelors are also welcome but due to security reasons they cannot have any visitors in their rooms. Visitors are also welcome, but they can visit the guests only in the lobby . You must present a valid UAE ID or passport upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
