Terminal Inn Airport Hotel and Apartment

Very clean and spacious.

I did not like that you have to bring 500 deposit in CASH! They will not accept Visa or any card for the deposit

Clean, staff are helpful AbdulRahman and others

There is a smell of smoke in the corridor

Everythings is great, all clean and nice.

security deposit too high

The space and clean facilities

Only no crib for baby

Very clean and peaceful.staff was so nice and polite…

Very nice treatment from Housekeeping supervisor Abdulrahman, great customer service from Receptionist Amrita, and very helpful security staff member Yousuf.

Reception staff are professional and courteous. The housekeeping staff are respectful, responsive and very accommodating. The security staff are also respectful and very helpful and friendly.

Easy walk from the metro station for a quick overnight - due to an early morning departure. Was not expecting luxury, did not need it either. All in all, it was what I expected, comfortable bed, quiet room, easy in and easy out in the morning. Staff were great at check in and an early morning departure.

I have never been asked for a cash deposit at a hotel - in cash. It was a bit odd, but they accommodated that I was only overnighting and did not have any Qatari currency on me.

The staff was super friendly and accomodating, the apartment is super clean and spacious.

All of the staff in reception, security, and housekeeping are friendly , respectful and supportive

Location is convenient

Spacious apartment, relatively quiet except for sometimes loud neighbors, fire alarm and mosque across street (but you get used to that)

Shower head was loose. Parking is manually operated by security. Kitchen cookware was badly scratched and unsafe to use. A lot of utensils missing

Spacious 1BR apartment with kitchen, washing machine, sofa, dining table, TV. All in good condition. Generally very quiet

Cookware was all scratched and unsafe to cook with. Not many utensils or plates etc. Toilet door is badly designed and very difficult to enter the toilet. Showerhead was loose and water pressure was weak. Other guests keep setting off fire alarm

It’s nice, and I had a good price.

They asked for deposit although nothing mentioned in my booking. I waited 15 minutes for checkout. The checkout process is very slow.

Everything A very quiet place with no disturbances.Exceptionally clean, with a pleasant fragrance throughout, unlike many other hotels.Modern and brand-new furniture and electrical appliances.A highly cooperative team, quick to respond to any request.High-speed Wi-Fi available.Private parking is provided for hotel guests.

It was a great experience, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. Thanks to the HK team and Abdulrahman for making it a good experience

Everything was clean! Staff and roomcleaning are the best. No weird smell like other hotels in doha. Thsnwas top notch. No rugs on the floor! Thats very good.

Staff are very niceFast response

noise outsidenoise from AC

Nice residential spot, could see it as a lovely place to live

Didn't love the location, for the price I feel there are much better places you could visit and honestly the price was really expensive for what it was. It was a bit of a hassle to check in too

It was very far away from the airport - a 20 minute taxi ride.

No free shuttle bus.

The housekeeping staff who cleaned my apartment 710, especially their supervisor Abdulrahman. Also, the reception staff, especially Amrita who is always responsive, and respectful ?

The mandatory security deposit
