Breakfast was not offered. The location is very nice and quiet.

The manager was very welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. My group had 10 rooms booked and overall we were all very happy. The motel is right next door to the pub where we were booked for dinner (very handy!) and just 2 or 3 minutes walk into town for breakfast. The town itself is also worth a visit as are nearby attractions such as Tantanoola Caves. All the rooms were of a good size and there were plenty of supplies (towels, soap, tissues etc) left in each room. Overall the property suited us and we would stay again.

The rooms could do with some renovations but for the price we paid (not peak season) we really couldn't expect much more. Whilst a little freshen up wouldn't go astray, I'm sure the tariff would increase.

We stayed three nights and didn’t get a room refresh the whole time (clean towels after day two would have been nice).

Kettle needs replacing but that’s all.

As a family of 5 it had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Meals were able to be prepared every day in the small but very functional kitchen. What’s best about the place is its location. Close walk to supermarket, shops, restaurants, beaches and jetty. Lucky for us we were able to enjoy the market that they had over the Easter long weekend.

Affordable, good for families, friendly manager/caretaker Anita and her husband.We had suite 11 , comfortable and outdoor hose outside to wash down our windsurfing gear. Couldn’t be happier with our booking. AAA plus and I would recommend to other fellow windsurfers as a quality place to stay..Again AAA plus rating.

Some minor wear and tear is evident in the rooms.

The position is great as close to everything in the town.

There was an unpleasant smell from the time we opened the door. Needs an update e.g.powerpoints.
