Room was clean, was there for a party so was nice to have accomadation close.
Staff were abrupt and slightly rude, I drove 3hrs and asked for early check in so I could freshen up, they accomadation my request over ph, but when I arrived i was charged a fee that I was not told about.
Good facilities. Meals were good.
Noise from the bar was obtrusive until just after midnight.
I loved that the pub was just a stone throw away, clean and comfortable amenities.
The staff were great. Reception helped with our requests and the cleaning staff were brilliant. The location worked well for our trip for medical appointments.
The rooms are close to the noise of the pub beer garden and Friday and Saturday night were busy nights. Not too bad and watching a movie solved the problem.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
The shower was really leaky and we didn't realise until we got out of the shower so almost slipped and fell. Got extra towels from the cleaning ladies.
Pretty much everything, eg friendly staff, room was good, the service staff that clean the rooms etc are great and very friendly.
One thing they closed down the entertainment and bar to early after new year at 12.20am would have been nice to at least go to at least 1am especially when there were plenty of people there
