Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please note the reception hours are as follows: 9.00am - 7pm, closed 12.30-2.00pm If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Alpine Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 24 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given.
