- The free upgrade to the chalet is a nice step from the management due to the low occupancy at that time. I like the size of the chalet and its view of the pool and the side sea view. The food was served by the room service in rooms, the dinner food was above good quality.
- A Perfect holiday spot! The staff here are truly kind and always ready to help.... thank you for your warm service! The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the pools and comfy rooms. The location couldnt be better: right by a peaceful, clean beach. We spent hours relaxing by the water. Will definitely return!
Cons -
- The breakfast food was below average in terms of quality. The amount is massive and can be compensated by increasing the quality and decreasing the quantity. Also attention needs to be paid for the beach cleanliness and maintenance, there are broken pipes and rusty parts that can be hazardous to toddlers.
- A small idea to make Tolip North Coast even better... You have an amazing hotel with fantastic facilities, but adding a **heated pool** could take it to the next level!
