Overall, the stay was very comfortable. Everything was in good condition and there were no major issues. The staff was polite and helpful

The only downside was that breakfast was served late, and on the day of check-out, it was delayed as well, so we had to leave without having it in order to catch our travel schedule

The reception is very good, Very good attitude, very meticulous and enthusiastic. the reception who's name is Shrouk Ragaee made a good impression on me. She helped us a lot.

There iwas a party until one o'clock AM. it was hard to sleep.

Location is great, allowed us to check in early, felt safe, and housekeeping staff were very nice!

Wi-Fi is basically non existent so don’t depend on it, especially if you’re working from home! Breakfast was average at best. The really annoying this is that this is also a club where weddings happen and/or couples come to have their wedding shoots. So the entrance can get really crowded and the guards are a little intimidating every time you want to walk to your room. Should be cheaper for the city and amenities.

The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning boy made a good job.

there were a-lot of buildings under construction, there was a swimming academy starts its working hours from 7:00 AM and their noise woke me up at 7:00 AM, also there were a lot of marriage ceremonies which made the hotel so noisy
