- we arrived late at night and the hotel staff met us at the gate to welcome us. they quickly loaded our luggage and brought us to our room. they also kept the restaurant open late for us and had prepared a delicious feast for our dinner. The staff went above and beyond in every way to ensure our comfort. Our room was clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable. We were heading out into the Sahara Desert the next morning for an overnight stay and the hotel staff let us keep our car at the hotel and let us keep our extra belongings in our room. They also encouraged us to use the gorgeous pool and go back to our room after the desert for a nice hot shower. We highly recommend this friendly and beautiful hotel for their warm and exceptional service. We felt like welcome family with their gracious hospitality.
