- Our check in clerk, Heather, was so personable and helpful. Probably the best check in clerk I have ever encountered.
- The staff was very nice. It was quite, long and public areas were clean as well as the shuttle service.
- Warm authentic and freindly staff
Cons -
- The difficulty and excessive time it took to take the shuttle from the international terminal to the hotel.
- Rooms smelled of smoke . Not their fault but someone was clearly smoking illegal in the room next to me or something.
- The bathrooms should be renewed , it becomes aged.

room was tidy clean and with convenient space , staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good with a middle range varieties , the location is quite good but you have nothing to do during your stay but sleeping and eating, even though it is very near to the airport.
