The staff! A young man was exceptionally kind and helpful. All staff we encountered were great
The staff; especially Hotel employee at the front desk. He is very professional and takes his job very seriously. Seems like he always there.
The breakfast was good.

Cons -

Lobby furniture was ratty and torn
Currently going through renovation on 3rd and 4th floors. Will be nice when finished but will be some time.
The hotel put a $100 hold on my credit card that I was told would be refused after I checked out. It wasn't refunded and I was charged $10 plus $2 tax to park at a hotel I paid to stay at. Why would I pay to park at a hotel I have already paid to stay at?

The breakfast was good.

Parking was a challenge. My mobility is challenged and I was put at the far end of the hall. TV had very few channels.
