Pros +
- Loved the fresh fruit, with yogurt. Eggs were good, scones were good, I did not like the waffles with the pearl sugar in them. Too much hard sugar on the teeth.
- I like the setup of the room. Staff was great. Will stay at a Spring Hill again

- I booked this room through Booking.com for about $260 and paid in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked for my card and later saw a second charge of about $280 from the hotel. I now have two charges for the same stay. I have screenshots showing both charges. I called the hotel and was told the manager would contact me, and now I have to wait for a resolution. In the meantime, I’m out the amount from the second charge.

I booked this room through Booking.com for about $260 and paid in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked for my card and later saw a second charge of about $280 from the hotel. I like the setup of the room. Staff was great. Will stay at a Spring Hill again
Room 309. Shower head needs to be replaced. The shower door was difficult to open and close. Mattress uncomfortable.
