- Front desk was excellent at check-in made everything comfortable very friendly an informative same with the morning staff
- Front desk very helpful. Problems with key card to room not working, desk staff was very helpful in fixing it.Liked their breakfast.
- Nice room, comfortable mattress, excellent water pressure inshower
Cons -
- There was nothing I didn't like about the place
- Older place but it was clean. Carpets are getting old and the place could use little renovation. I did feel safe staying there.Parking lot could be larger. Almost not enough parking for all guests.
- The last morning we were there we found a bed bug crawling on my daughters blanket. I brought it down to the front desk and was told "it's only a bug." Then she said she would show (it was dead by that time) her manager and have the manager call me. Never received a call. Sent an email. Never received an acknowledgement back. Then called again. Told someone would call me back. Never received another call. We heat treated or through away things we couldn't to hopefully not bring any into our home. It was extra hours of time to do all of this and extra cost. Very disappointing for the hotel to ignore.In addition, the garbage was overflowing on the third floor next to the elevator, people were running the halls until midnight on Friday, and the main floor bathroom was not clean when I used it. Also the breakfast was supposed to open at 6 am. We had to leave by 6:15 so we're hoping to do a quick breakfast. It did not open until 6:15 and we were looked at like an inconvenience for already being down there. There are signs all over saying don't leave with food so no breakfast that day. We were not the only ones waiting. I will NOT go back. That stay cost us so much extra time and money and no one took us seriously with the bed bud. I do have a picture and can provide it! I even brought it down to the front desk! I just tried to upload the photo here but weird, it won't let me.
