- The standard room that we were given was clean and reasonably spacious. The overall cleanliness of the room was good.
- Very modern and cozy space, free parking, and great location to both the park and the town.
- Nicely done renovation made for a very nice stay in a historical hotel. Free coffee, central location walkable to shops and restaurants and short shuttle ride to park. Decent pricing if u book early. Super easy checkin via text.

- Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked a King Suite with Spa Bath, but upon check-in we were given a standard room instead. When we raised the issue at the reception, the staff acknowledged the mistake but treated our concern dismissively, as if it didn’t matter. The price difference was never refunded. Unfortunately, this pattern of behavior seems intentional, and we cannot trust this property. For the amount we paid, especially considering we were charged about $100 more than the actual price of the standard room, the stay felt significantly overpriced, and the way the situation was handled left us feeling completely misled.Because of this experience, we would never recommend this property to anyone.

- Parking lot is hard to turn around to exit. Room 117 next to maintenance room is a bit noisy with constant sound of water running—white noise helped. Door code sent to us did not work and luckily we arrived 5 min before office closed. There is a number you can call after hours but who wants the hassle.

The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect close to super market and zion park
for some reason our shower the water comes out. not sure it only our room but after shower the water is on the floor maybe this can be fixed to make sure the floor is not wet after taking shower
