- I didn't like that my reservation, which was made through a third party wasn't showing on the hotel's system. I also didn't like that when I came back to the hotel after 11 pm I couldn't get in because I didn't have my room key and there wasn't anyone at the desk for like ten minutes.

I liked the look of the hotel and the location.
