We ended up staying there as the original hotel we booked did not have the pool working, and was frankly, disgusting in general. I had never her of a my place before and was very surprised of the quality, cleanliness and the amenities provided! We will definately be looking for My place again on future trips!

The heater fan in the room was a little loud but not terrible

Very comfortable, liked recliner and my little dog was welcomed.

Didn't have complimentary breakfast,went to Country Kitchen.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

It was tucked away and had to take some back roads so a little difficult but with gps it would bring you right away.

The location was close to stores and restaurants.

The pool was only 4 feet deep. There was no hot tub. There was no sauna. There was no continental breakfast.

It is in a good location. Close to a large variety of restaurants, shops and parks. Our room was large, quiet and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The anti fog lighted mirror in the bathroom was great. Parking was well lit.

At least one more chair in the room would be nice.

Clean and nice amount of space in the room. We also loved having a full fridge for our longer stay. Staff was really helpful.

Staff were great. Facilities were excellent, very clean and nice. Love having the kitchen available. I will stay there again. Also they allow pets!

No safety rail in tub, no free breakfast

The bed was super comfy, the room had everything you could want including a desk, full size refrigerator, and stovetop; and it was quiet and peaceful even on a busy holiday weekend.

Check-in was a little slow as they were having trouble with their computer, but the gal was very nice and relaxed and communicated with us, and it still was a pleasant experience.

Most comfortable bed we slept in in any hotel.

No complementary breakfast. Would pay a little more for the room if necessary.

On our floor there was strong spicy cooking smells. But that is part of the unique experience of the property so we got used to it

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional.

Only think we found wrong was the drain plug in the tub wouldn’t stay open so we had to stick a wash cloth in it so the tub wouldn’t drain

Obviously a fairly new hotel when we stayed there as it still had the "new" carpet smell (not that that was a problem). The place was impeccably clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Since it is a couple blocks off the main road it was super quiet Staff receive a HUGE kudos from me for returning my pillow in the mail when I forgot it! I did have to mail them self-addressed packaging for them to send it in but I was very thrilled they accommodated my request. Excellent place to stay in Grand Rapids!

Seems like a fairly new hotel sitting on a huge empty lot away from the main highway. I was impressed with the kitchenette in the room. Instead if going out to eat, you can cook your own food in the room.

The shower curtain was pretty short... can easily flood up the bathroom.

It wasn’t clustered with guests like other places. The Staff, were exceptionally kind and understanding. Kayla, went above and beyond and even took the time to give me her personal opinion on a song I wrote.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it.
