- I liked that the hotel was clean and quiet
- No pets allowed
- The staff was amazing very accommodating with any needs or request that we had . All hotel staff that I encounter were professional and friendly. Very welcome
Cons -
- Yes upon arrival they informed me that the 1 bedroom suite I extra for wasn?t available but when I looked on the website it was definitely available and I was still charged for a suite but was placed in 2 queen bed room.
- Air conditioner fan in our room was squeaking as if it had bad bearings.
- Was not pleased with the pool area or the common areas they were not air-conditioning so it wasn?t comfortable to use those facilities
