- Office was not open, didn't come in contact personally with any staff
- hurricane damage not reported to us.ocean-side pool was unusable.room interior was lacking maintenance...broken window sills, broken blinds (we rigged newspapers to privatize), shower tile grout looked moldy, needs paint on walls trim. unresponsive staff
