Location is excellent, nice rooms overlooking the beach

Cons -

no one there to help with anything .phone number given there to call for help was not in service .had no way to find our room .no keys .no notes nothing .had to go to a different hotel all together
Self check-in. No staff to answer questions. Had to take out the trash and clean my room.
The pool has been broken since before summer (I was in a different room in june) if it's not available it shouldn't be advertised
