- The elevator was broken and having to drag bag up stairs. We should have been offered to be relocated, either to the first floor or another hotel. Neither of us are supposed to be going up and down stairs!!

Didn't have breakfast there.
The elevator was broken and having to drag bag up stairs. We should have been offered to be relocated, either to the first floor or another hotel. Neither of us are supposed to be going up and down stairs!!

Elevator didn’t work and we had to carry allOur luggage up to the 4th floor. They charged a $50 incident fee to my card that was supposed to be refunded at the end of the stay and a week later it’s still being charged to my card even though we left the room clean, tidy and didn’t have any charges.
