- How clean and big the room was
- Location and Best Western.
- Bobtail parking.
Cons -
- No breakfast provided. No notice on check in, it just wasn?t open. On checking with staff they related it was slow so they didn?t open that day. I?ve stayed at the Comfort Inn up the street multiple times and this has never been an issue. Pool closed too.
- Bathtub, when wet, very slippery. I think it needs a slip prevention paint applied.
- Room was dated. I don't mind, but our first floor room really needs the carpet replaced. Stains and mold were painted over in bathroom. We stayed here months ago and had a room that didn't need work as much as this one does. Good staff.
